How I Got Here.

I started this work because I kept seeing brilliant people burn out trying to create change alone. I realized the real barrier isn't ideas—it's infrastructure. Support. Strategy. Someone in your corner who gets it.

So I built a practice around helping changemakers build sustainably, lead authentically, and create impact that lasts.
